It's a collectorsbow you can get around Piken Square I think...think it was dmg + 33+ attackspeed -66% or something.

Ahh, the Diessa mod. Wish I could salvage that and put it on a max bow.

Customize it and the bow will do decent amounts of damage.
The inherent +33% damage and +20% damage on top of it makes it a very good weapon. I kept my Diessa Flatbow until long after finding max damage bows...
I'm not sure how the attack speed modifier works though - I've heard conflicting reports - some say it's a really slow weapon - looks like it fires faster to me though, but I haven't tried timing say, 10 shots. Mainly because I don't have a stop watch.
Anyway, it's an easy bow to get - the collector just wants some eyes from the Wind Riders.

Yes, but not much. I don't remember the exact stats - but the difference isn't that large.
[Edit]
Just logged in and had a look - it's 11-18 damage, +55% that's 17 to 27.9 damage - I have no idea how the fractions are handled, but I presume it's rounded to the nearest integer, so - 17 to 28?
That's not bad at all... And if the bow really does fire almost 2/3 faster than a regular longbow then it's even better.
But, yeah - I still haven't a clue about how the -67% attack speed mod actually works in the game.

fractions are almost always truncated, so 27.9 = 27.
Also let's not forget that a max damage bow will usually have a +15% damage bonus on it, and can also be customized for another 20%. No point comparing the oddity to a base bow with no damage boost.
Also shouldn't -67% attack speed imply it attacks SLOWER? The wand I have with -attack speed certainly attacks like molasses.

Oh, I realize it's not on par with a max damage bow - even without the +15% modifyer - but it's not awful, and well, it's cheap. - Odds are that when you get to Serenity Temple you will have the collector items you need for it.
As for the speed - I expected it to be really slow, but it appears to be rather fast actually.
